Hi Tom, On this item I was actually shocked to have won it so easily and for so less. I put up a proxy bid of 90 dollars and figured I would be out bid. Sometimes I wait til the last minute to post a bid but this time I could not. I am guessing that no one wanted this item because of the way the ad read but I ended up getting it for 71 dollars and it is in perfect condition other then that ASA button sticking. here is the actual listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1250172299&r=0&t=0&sh owTutorial=0&ed=994027668&indexURL=0&rd=1 I am not sure if you will be able to get to it with this addy but maybe if you did a search at ebay on the item number it will come up. Item number: 1250172299 The ad read: This is an older Pentax ME Super camera with case, flash and cleaning kit. It is in very good, working condition. The only damage it has is a bent lens cover which screws off and can easily be replaced--it reads Vivitar 49mm Skylight(1A). The bent part in no way affects the way the camera operates. The lens reads, ASAHI Optical Co., SMC Pentax-M 1:2 50mm 8783984. It comes in a case with a flash AF24OZ. Please feel free to ask questions. Shipping is $6 plus insurance if you'd like. Thank you! So I am guessing that it may at one time have been dropped or something because of the bent part. But I have to say that it functions WONDERFULLY!! I havent gotten the pictures back just yet, they should be done wed or thurs. I will let ya'll know how they turned out. There are other auctions that I have bid on and lost out too. I just happened to get very lucky with this one. Rebecca At 09:11 AM 7/7/01 -0400, you wrote: >Hey guys. How do you win things off Ebay. I always have to >pay.
