I had recently been trying to align my enlarger, thought I had it and of
course found out I hadn't quite got it. I read about a couple of
do-it-yourself methods and saw several fairly expensive units through mail
order. Then I did a search for accessories for my old Omega D2V enlarger and
came across a Mr. Taylor of Classic Enlargers in Stamford, CT, and he sells
a unit for $70. Has anyone tried this model or swear by one or another
method or name brand?
He also sells glass negative carriers and I was wondering about buying one.
Since I make prints no larger than 11x14, will I see any difference?
If anyone has a thought on one or both of these burning questions, I would
greatly appreciate an answer.
