Tell him to download his files from his camera to a directory folder.
Don't use I-Photo for download. He can then copy the files right from the
folder to your CD. He can still import them into I-Photo for other
purposes. All he has to do is click the import button in I-Photo and show
it where the folder is located. If he's using I-Photo to modify pics, he
shouldn't be. Tell him to scrounge up a free copy of PS Elements and use
that.
