"Because of him south America is off limits." So it's Albano's fault that
the shipment got lost, and South America should be punished. And Argentina
and South America are the same thing, maybe there's even a South American
Post Office. Ignorance is everywhere: yes, even a few Canadians are
ignorants! :-)
