Thanx, Tom, Charles, William, I tried spinning and cropping this, but I just could not get something that I felt right with. .
When I shot it, I was hoping that the diagonal of the leaf would draw my eye down to the ball. But it doesn't do that for me. Perhaps you're right, if I had more dof, to bring the background leaf framing the diagonal would have helped. Or, shot the picture more from the upper left and followed the diagonal down to the ball?
