Well, your flash has to be connected somehow, right? Usually by a cable. Put a piece of velcro on the flash handle, put a piece on the remote release, and twine the remote cord with the flash cable, mounting the remote release on the flash handle. Hold it, squeeze with your thumb.

Hmm. A buddy of mine has a Canon. Can I make his camera fire at unintended
moments? It would be great as a practical joke. :)

Only if you run a cable to his camera ... I guess.
