In the UK, there are many sports clothing outfitters that will custom make logos for you while you wait. Usually for local sports clubs and school teams, etc. They have a a machine that scans an original and then precision stitches it onto the garment for you. I assume it could be stiched onto a patch to go over the present one. Don't know what the deal would be with copyrighted stuff.
