I ran down after 18 months of running the thing.
I am un-aware of the effort needed to maintain the PUG, but if it needs
more automation I could code something up to make life easier.
I was the last of the manual coders on the PUG. Towards the end of my stint,
Jostein was working on the auto submission page, and I believe we had it
working when Adelheid took over from me.
I believe that Adelheid had pretty much automated things now.
