If the cop wanted to be a jerk then that picture someone put up a few weeks
ago (Stenquist maybe?) of the girls with the ice cream cones could be deemed
to be improper.
I think it fails the second part -- at least, *I* can't see how it can
be supposed to provoke sexual interest (or however that was phrased.)
IF, however, any of you *can* see that, please do not enlighten me.
