Heck, I've worked for months on products that we knew were going to be cut. And people wondered why motivation was bad :)
She has probably spent all her caring on that person who was going to die...
I actually understand her behaviour (in fact I commend it). If you're in a medical tent and you're not either a patient or a caregiver, you're in the way.
