Free speech hell, this never even got to speech, a womans rights as a mother, a photographer and a citizen, were trampled on in the belief that we must protect children at all costs. The upshot of the case was that she should give up two of the photographs that the prosecutor thought were too racy, and get "counseling", which she accepted since it sure as hell beat the 16 years in jail that she was threatened with. Of course the public never got to see any of the photographs, once again to save the child, so the public couldn't decide how full of shit the prosecutor was, if the charges weren't baseless the woman would probably have been taken to court. If there were truly any justice the prosecutor should have been up on charges of misconduct.

Wow, and just a few weeks ago someone was bragging about the US as the land of the free, especially on free speech.

I guess it depends on what you say or do. You can show anything you want, but only if you are allowed to put it on film/file first.

I´ll stop, but just note that all our countries are struggling at the fringes of what we define as freedom.

Perhaps everyone should reflect on this...
