Overall I expect there will be statistically few... but you're preaching to
the choir when it comes to a dislike for for 'official' interference in
personal lives, do-gooder social workers, overzealous policemen, and anybody
that holds a public office or position of power that has sociopathic White
Knight tendencies.
Glad I got that off my chest. :)

I think the whole thing is pretty much blown way out of proportion. The
occurrence happens to how many people? 1 in 1000, 1 in 1,000,000?
Keep watching, and see how many more occurances there are.
On the other hand there was the nice policeman last Friday morning that
clocked me doing 62mph in a 35mph zone. He asked me if I had a good reason
for being in such a hurry. I explained that I was rushing to make a 5:30
AM boarding of the plane (it was 5:00 when he pulled me over), and that I
knew that wasn't a good excuse for breaking the law. He came back from his
cruiser and asked me to please slow down in the future because there are a
lot of fatalities at that intersection. He also said the ticket, had he
written it, would have been $270. Whew!
Where I live, I would probably have gotten off with a warning as well.
OTOH, if I was a native Indian in a beaten up old truck, I expect I would be
sitting in a cell somewhere.
The local boys here have profiling down to a fine science.
