Bob S. made the observation of a 4 inch limit, so the digital camera options get a little larger. In this case though - wherever the definition lies - isn't it a case of protecting the 'official' photographers at concerts etc from later sales of quality images from those hidden in the crowd? I assume that you could try to get a longer lens in with a third party, if you were out to take more than a few snaps of the event. Malcolm
