If you trample the rights of a minority sufficiently, if you systematically
disenfranchise them from the operation of the society in which they must
live to the point the society itself becomes a hated enemy, you can expect
that sort of thing.
I'm not saying it is right, or that there is any of that level of
disenfranchisement going on in the world today, not that two wrongs make a
right, just that at some point, it is a natural result of when oppression
reaches a certain level.
