i don't think it matters where you shoot it from. it is the property that they don't want you photographing
Hi just a quick question I was enjoying a weekend relaxing in Dorset. Went down to Lulworth cove early Saturday morning to try a few shots and was surprised to see a sign saying photographs of the area could not be published without the authority of the Lulworth estate company. Is it possible to copyright an area of land you own especially as it is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
