I have to agree with you there. Like I said elsewhere, I'm not sure I
understand how car driving came into this discussion, as I think it's
something else entirely. Being run over by a drunken driver is a real
risk, getting beat up by your *istDS is not (neither is ending up in a
pornographic picture with my clothes on), so I'd say that doing the
occasional check of drivers is OK, but the police checking you just
because you walk around with a camera isn't.
