Canon can't afford to support multiple product lines in the same arena. Pentax 
quite obviously has all they can do to support one type of 35mm-style DSLR 
cameras. The D645 is the large sensor pro model. I don't think it would make 
any sense to try to split this hair finer. I think Pentax would lose more than 
they would gain by introducing a 35mm-style DSLR that disenfranchised the 
people to whom they just sold new lenses.
