Thanks Shel, Concerning the cemetery pic, it is a crop if a bigger picture. The whole frame could be seen here: http://altphotos.com/Gallery.aspx?a=Photo&photoid=118645 When I took the photo I haven't noticed the bird in the sky and afterwards I have cropped it trying to make the flying bird one of the centers of the composition. On my prints the fullframe works better for me but for the web I thought that the bird will be too tiny. I am open to all suggestions. Regarding the scans, I use my Epson 3170 only for preview (in the place of contact copies) and for preparing images for the web. I have made digital print of one of the big files (3600dpi, 25MB, 16bits color) and I am realy disapointed of the quality (comparing it to the silver prints I made myself). Because I have made the print (20x30cm) in a studio here in Sofia with very good reputation, I am inclined to think that the quality of the scan is not good. If someone could share some tips in scanning B&W negatives I will be very thankfull. Best regards luben
