I have a small bag on the handlebar which can carry a Leica M and some sandwiches. It's lightly padded and very convenient to use. There is also space for keys, wallet, puncture repair kit etc. It is quick and easy to remove from the handlebar, thanks to the magic of Velcro, and has a tuckaway strap so I can use it as a bumbag, or sling it over my shoulder, when I'm off the bike.
It's similar to this, only smaller and a better fit, and not so dorky when it's attached: http://www.deltacycle.com/product.php?g=37 -- Cheers, Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: Shel Belinkoff [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: 20 October 2005 22:44 > To: [email protected] > Subject: Cameras and Bikes > > I'll be wanting to carry my camera and an extra lens or two > while riding my mountain bike - mostly, at least for now, on > the paved streets and roads. > Any suggestions for the best way to carry the gear.
