Yes, but we fought a war, and won to get out of that kind of thing.
So here it is something to get angry about, the US government is
supposed to be our servant not the other way around. But I guess we
have done better than Thomas Jefferson thought we would, because he
said the only way people can keep their freedom is by bloody
revolutions every other generation. Unfortunately he never seems to
have considered what happens if you lose that revolution as in the
case of the Confederate States.
