Other have answered already, but let me add: the only "problem" I see is that after using OS X for a while you won't want to use the PC anymore. I have a desktop Dell, but my main computer is a 12' Powerbook. I turn on the Dell only when I need to scan film (SCSI scanner). The PC is not even online anymore.
