a friend of mine, a long time ago, did, as a high school project a survey of
how to get drivers licenses in each of the 50 states, so he wrote away to
each state's equivalent of the Motor Vehicles department to find out how to
get one. he got 48 nice replies with the driver's manuals and 2 nice replies
with 2 drivers licenses.
