I have cameras that use both types of cards. I find the SD cards more
convenient and easier to manage. Durability etc is on the SD card
side due to the large, simple contact surfaces.

How so, Bill? It's not something I've noticed.
When I handle the SD cards for my wife's Option S4, I always think
they feel fragile (compared to CF) and so small that they would be
very easy to lose.
