Don't go for FAJ 18-35. I've never had it, but a full-frame lens starting from 18mm, for just over 100 bucks simply cannot be good.
You should tey these things before forming opinions. The 18-35 is a surprisingly good lens, especially considering the price.The corners aren't great on 35mm, but I that gets better as the lens is stopped down.
