loitering, disorderly conduct and everything else he can think up.
Sure, and he will probably do it.
Just make sure that at every step of the way, you are informing them that
your cooperation is being given under duress.
At some point, if you don't take a stand for your rights, you will lose
them, and have no one to blame but yourself.
