Looking at it again, I think what bothers me is the inclusion of the
bush at the top of the flag. This creates a very heavy line that, at
least to my mind, overpowers the right-hand elements and pushed the eye
up and out to the left.
But like I said, it's a good idea and I like the expression. I just
don't think it's quite there.
