I've found for shooting a running child or even people walking on the
street, continuous autofocus can be a real boon. Particularly when I'm

Steady, please advise me as to how you use continuous AF in that manner,
and do you let the camera pick its own AF sensor or not? I often
photograph running children and would really like to improve my yield of
sharp shots.
I'm using an *istD, and I think you are also, aren't you?
