Have you considered that sex crimes are also used as tools by "victims", much the same as AVOs etc, I don't think it's wise to publish peoples names because they have simply been charged. Often charges are brought to bear on the weight
of hearsay, much like our Texan photographer friend.

My own thoughts are that because of the stigma attached to the accusation, the names of the innocent should be protected, and that until a guilty verdict is in place, innocence should be presumed. Or, if you are going to publish one name, then publish the other if the charge turns out to be false.
