There's no HTML page associated. It's simply a JPEG file. Clicking on
that link should open a new browser window and then, depending upon
the browser, should download and display the image file. Some
browsers will show something immediately, others will only display
the file after it has completed downloading (which could take a while
with a 1.5+Mbyte JPEG file).
