Enough talk, time for another Pano PESO, this one is a bit of an experiment
however. I hope I don't offend too many people but it's in Apple QTVR format
(MOV) so if you can't view these standalone or in an enabled Browser then you
might have to pass. Also it also contains a Google Earth link which shows
exactly from where the shot was made.

Feedback would be appreciated.

The only thing I wish I could change, would be to remove the vehicle from the final image. I can think of two ways of doing this. One, involves parking the vehicle miles from your camera and doing some hiking back to the panorama location. :)

The other involves moving the vehicle between individual shots of the panorama. That way, it never appears in any of the individual pictures. If you have a friend assist you, they can move the vehicle for you between shots, and it wouldn't even slow down your picture taking.

Even with the vehicle, it's still an interesting shot. I have yet to create an interesting panorama without obvious seams, and it's something I want to perfect in the near future. I should also add that I haven't really put much effort into panoramas so far, but now that I have the DS, I think I will give it a try.

take care,
Glen
