A great picture. You son/daughter would be quite pleased with all the pics that you take of your grand daughter. I like the tight crop and your grand daughter's eyes that clearly depict her cold symptoms.
A minor composition related remark: I would have liked it even more had there be a little more on the left side (right now your wife's eye is too close to the border for my comfort). And might have wanted to see your grand daughter's little hands and less of your wife's hand/fingers. But minor remarks. The picture is really amazing.
