Taken with the mighty super-multi-coated Takumar 300mm/f4 and 6x7 with no MLU. Still pretty sharp (although it is a 30s exposure, so I guess mirror slap isn't that critical). http://members.iinet.net.au/~derbyc/index5/05_11_lavender/10.htm and some casual shots of Louis Tillet at his Sunday residency in the Sandringham Hotel. It never ceases to amaze me that you can walk into places around Sydney, and for a few dollars, or even for no dollars, as in this case, hear a legend play a 3 hour set. http://members.iinet.net.au/~derbyc/index5/05_11_louis/index.htm D ======= Really like the bridge shot. Lots going on there, but the bridge framing makes it all come together compositionally. Very well done. The singer shots are not quite as successful, but some good stuff there anyway. I like the last one best I think. Nice intimacy. Marnie aka Doe :-)
