My hobby that eventually turned into weekend employment is equestrian events.
Getting
prints made
and out to view was, for a one man show with limited resources, a costly
challange.
In 2001 when i decided to go digital with the D1(this after watching the pro i
bought from
work the
game)made things a lot smoother. I could instanty show proofs on site and print
as well.
As time went on,and with onsite problems(dirt, heat, lack of help)i moved away
to instant
viewing and
set up a web site. This works well and cuts cost to.
Although sales are lower, but getting better as the site gets known, i dont have
to sell as
many to make
some money.

If this is something that ,may help you in slaes, then digital is a good way to
go. And BTW
for an 8x10
print, may out dated D1 still produces a very nice picture.
