I have never used flash much.  Always tried to avoid using it, and when 
I couldn't it was used as simply as possible.  As Paul said, I'm finding 
that my *ist-DL lets me avoid it even more.

I used to use a Sunpak Auto 24DX unit - have had it for many years.  But 
recently I purchased an excellent condition AF200T.  This little unit 
worked well on the MZ-7, and works even better on the *ist-DL.
