I just got busy with the clone tool & masking off areas. I used some
of the background details from one of the other shots you have up in
that series.

Tell her it's doable, but it's going to be pricey. I'd suggest that
you subcontract it out to a professional retoucher, and charge for the
contractors time plus 10% (for example).
