That's what is really needed for proper lens testing, anyway (especially with fast lenses). (And, it's worth making the focusing as accurate as possible - using a tripod for precise positioning, and the extra magnification from a Magnifier-M, Magnifier-F, Refconverter-M, or Refconverter-A, if possible).
