I've been working on a lot of my images lately, sometimes reinterpreting older images.

Here's one of the ones I was working on today:

This was shot in 2000 . My actor friend Bob Chapin had come with us to St. Thomas for one of my workshops, and I shot a bunch of stuff of him for possible use on his web site/portfolio. This one I thought might make a nice poster, so I left extra room on the left for type. There's no convenient pirate ship at Lindquist Bay, where real pirates used to operate in olden days, so I imported the pirate ship from some shots I had taken at Disney World/Epcot. We had a hell of a lot of fun doing this shoot and this is one of my favorite photos from that day. I don't recall exactly what film I used, but it was Kodak color negative, ISO 100, 645 format.
