Why I ask is that RAW > 48bit TIFF 1:1 should take under 4 seconds using ACR on
a 3GHz P4

Both my systems run around 10-15 seconds for such a conversion,
sometimes faster. 1.25GHz G4 and 1.2Ghz Duron.
