Other than moving the white balance and iso settings,
the camera is set up the same as the fellow i bought
it from, had. For the most part the corrections made are
what i would consider minor,or about what a lab might
do to help in the brightness/contrast aspect for us
who use labs.(I make this statement however, still not
knowing the camera or all its idiosyc's just yet)
I find so far that a little twiq of the brightness and some
sharpening is all that is needed to gain a nice print, which
at a show takes about 2-3 min plus printing. Some of the faces
need to be lightened just because the helmuts shade the face's
in any angle used.
So far i've used this camera in 2 SMALL shows with success.I dont't
plan on becoming an employer of 100's ,but for a small
weekend support job - so far so good.I'll post some samples in a while
Cesar.

I have been
very happy with the outputs of the CoolPix I have. I would not enjoy
having
to edit (correct) the majority if not all of the images a camera
produces.
I have talked to a few photo journalists with D1s and they have
stated that
their workload has increased due to the processing before submitting
the
shot.
