There is nothing wrong with that.

In regards to the comments about the hotspots. People have
shiny/oily/greasy skin... it's going to reflect light. Me personally,
I don't find it bothersome.

The only time I really notice skin that seems to absorb light are in
photos of models who have had there make-up applied with a trowel, or
in fake looking over photoshopped shots.
