What many don´t realize is that many of our animals are incapable of having any rights. A right to be free? Sure, many of our animals wouldn´t survive 24 hour in the wild. They depend on us, and have done so for hundreds of years. Freedom would mean extinction. That is the fact for many of the cute furry animals that activists set free. They are put into an unknown forest to die alone. Nice.

And then, the ones who survive becomes a problem for the animals that lived there already.

Medical experiments would be so much more humane if carried out on the
prison population rather than lab animals...
And farming animals for their fur is much worse than growing cows,
pigs, sheep, and chickens so we can eat their flesh.
Don't you people understand these animals have rights too?

Hi Bob
thanks a lot for that statement.
I'm so fed up with all those cheap excuses why cruelty and injustice against
animals just have to continue....

I don't understand why you focus on the fact that these people are wearing leather. It has no bearing at all on whether the case for animal rights is
sound or not. It simply shows that the leather-clad people are
inconsistent,
or hypocritical, or have come to some sort of arrangement with themselves. It says nothing at all about whether it is right or wrong to carry out
experiments that harm animals, or to permit factory farming.
