Sure I do. The philosophers he seems to like do it all the time. But I don't see how I can be out of context, if you don't acknowledge Liberty, (freedom), as a basic right, how can you have any meaningful rights.
I suppose it would help if you had read the sentence after the one you quoted as part of the same thought rather than either ignoring it completely or treating it as if it was part of a different conversation.
