And it is a good thing you did, Don....
Lurker man just wrote that he never received the
CD - it was mailed on
Dec 14 and I had put (thank goodness ) delivery
confirm slip on it -
all the tracking said was 'accepted" at my post
office.
So I call the local number and get the 800
number.. then I get a customer service
agent after a zillion choices of recordings and
all I want is to talk to someone
at mY post office - where it is like CHeers,
everyone knows my name....
She finally gives me a direct line after having
told me all the stuff I already told her and then
has the chutzpah to, in a gooey sweet voice,
"Before you go,
could I ask you to tell us how saistfied you were
with the response .. blah blah
and then reads off the 5 point scale!
all I said was 'You gotta be kidding - good bye"
and I can hear her still talking
as a put down the receiver.
So Don, your PDF file is definitely gonna be the
best one :)
