Is it just me or are regular Pentax filters getting
hard to come by? Unless I am missing something,
neither B+H nor Adorama nor even the
Pentaximaging.com purchase section has the standard
49mm UV filters. Adorama does not even list Pentax as
one of the manufacturers of filters when you attempt
to refine your search.
Oddly, B+H and Pentaxs site do have silver filters
for the silver limited lenses. I recall some folks in
the past mentioning that the silver limited lenses
looked odd with black filters, so now there is a
solution for that. B+H and Pentaxs website do have
some other filters as well but not the most common
ones.
Can someone recommend any good sources for Pentax
filters? And does anyone know whether Pentax is
getting out of filters altogether?
