What I do Marnie is I have a cutting mat from a hobby store that's about 4' x 3' in size. I mark the rectangle I want to cut on the back of the matt board. Then I put the matt board face down on the cutting mat, and use small woodworker's clamps to clamp the matt board between the cutting mat and a steel yard stick and the whole shebang to the table top so it won't move. I clamp the yard stick such that I simply need to slide the matt cutter down the yard stick to cut the line I want. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ ========= Hmmm, a visit to a hobby store is in order. Thanks, Doug. Marnie
