I've found a few references to this on the web but in those instances
people had been using the default Gimp driver supplied by Apple. This is
clearly not the case, here.

Paul Roark's Website. He designs the B&W inks for MIS, and he's a big
proponent of the Epson drivers (Plus I think he's a PC guy)
