Do you often download and install software without understanding what it is, what it requires, and what it's supposed to do?

Besides, you can download the beta package regardless of what OS version or even platform is in use, you just can't run it without Mac OS X v10.4.3 and the other hardware requirements. So your statement is incorrect. ]'-)
