Is it? I am wondering what this is based on. Is it statistically better than the one in Canada or New Zealand or Australia? I cannot understand how someone serving 23 years for stealing a black and white TV is a justice system. I would think that most people in a "free" country would trust their own system over that of another country as normally only the abnormal results from another country's system makes international news.
