Actually, the higher-end Sony's are pretty damned good. The low end ones
are decent but overpriced (And use proprietary MemorySticks, the
high-end ones use CF). Note that their highest-end P&S, the DSC-R1,
outperforms an *istDS in many respects (10MP APS-C sensor for starters).
