If you're not satisfied with Irfanview - which is free - take a look at
BreezeBrowser.  It comes in a free trial version.  If you decide to
purchase the program, it's $70.00 US.  It's a good program.  However, you
might want to compare features and price with PS Elements.  They may be
close in price.
